If the customer support team finds that no ticket was sent, the buyer receives a quick 100% refund including any fees. Once the 24 hour complaint period ends, the seller will connect their bank account and receive an instant payout (if eligible) from Student Seats. Additionally, the platform has further trust-focused features such as seller sale counts, seller likes, seller badges, ticket price rating badges, and historical price trends data.
